Brad Keselowski’s Biggest Trophy

2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series championship Brad Keselowski received a special award during last weekend’s race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Unlike the trophies he’s won in the past, Brad simply couldn’t hoist this one over his head in the winner’s circle or nail it on the wall of his family room. What we wanted to do was acknowledge Brad and his team for their stellar championship season in a huge way. The award he received on Sunday was powered by a 470 horsepower 392 HEMI® and wrapped in a 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8. This wasn’t just showroom stock, plucked from a local dealer’s lot. No sir, Brad’s new ride was customized by our friends from the “Mopar Underground” team with a trick paint scheme and interior along with 22-inch matte black rims. These factory gear heads also applied special “2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series Championship” decals to the front fenders along with free-flowing Mopar/Corsa cat-back exhaust system. We bet Bryan Viger who heads up Dodge Motorsports had a hard time handing over the keys of the BKR (Brad Keselowski Racing) Commemorative Edition 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392. Like you, we’re sure Bryan wanted to have his own version of “Happy Hour” and run some hot laps around the 1.5 mile speedway!

Though, I converted alot of people over the years that actually bought Mopar’s ,and even several new Mopar’s…gotta be worth something, shirt, oil filter a new crate 440 from Mopar..?)
Good job a smoke show for me buddy ! Hope you actually put miles on that beast !!I would have 30,000 plus in a year for sure !

    Gotta say Dodge…love your commercials….LOVE THEM !!!
Especially the miles per gallon commercial…LOVE IT !!!
Makes me want to buy a new Charger !!!

Went by the Dodge dealer today, had to pick up a cam for a 440, and looked at the new cars. That new Charger is sharp. They had two of them that were painted in the $995 redline and now I see why it is an extra cost color. It is like a candy color and the paint is striking. When the sun hits it, it becomes a bright red with golden metal flake. Neat color. The same thing probably happens with the Green With Envy so I will refrain from color comments until I see them in person. Some of us, however, still like the old loud high impact colors. The Citadel Durangos were there as well as the Chrysler 200s and they really catch your eye. The cars are really looking a lot better. Another eye catcher was the Big Horn RAM with all the fancy stitching on the seats, etc., It really blows away the King Ranch Edition Ford.

You are right,a dealer here has a RedLine charger, had to check it out, looks great !
Chrysler is finally making really nice looking cars and trucks…
It makes it tough for a Mopar fan to go and actually pick out a new vehicle..
RAM’s are extrememly nice as is the Challenger,Charger and wait until the 300 gets on the lots..even the durango and Grand Cherokee are good looking…
Mopar fans will really have to do a long test drives and alot of looking before they buy a new vehicle, varity is great..

Yes, the cars look good but the Durango needs one more option. Captains chairs? Do these things come with captains chairs? Who the heck wants to feel trapped in the third row and have to flip a seat up to get out. Come on, the Traverse, Acadia, Onclave, Expedition, etc. have them why can’t Dodge. We have waited an extra year for the Durango to come out and my wife couldn’t believe you didn’t have captain chairs. She wants an SUV now. Do the Durangos come with captains chairs or do we have to buy a GM or Ford? Does anyone know? The salesman at the dealership told us he hadn’t seen any yet.

I attended the Vegas race, where the car for Brad was kept under wraps until it was given to Brad. Congrats on the car and a great season.

On a related note, the Dodge expo in the vendor area was also great, but I was bummed that Dodge was not representing with a merchandise trailer. Ford, Chevy, no Dodge.

When I asked someone at the Dodge car setup, the answer was that it was a money losing deal so it was scrapped. I looked around at the crowd checking out the Dodge cars and had to disagree.

Come on, don’t front the cool Dodge Mopar shirts on the booth reps and not have some for sale! Sure I can buy off the website, but….

Wish dealers were nicer to clients though.

You’re so awesome! I don’t suppose I have read through a single thing like that before. So good to discover another person with a few genuine thoughts on this subject. Seriously.. thanks for starting this up. This web site is one thing that’s needed on the internet, someone with some originality!
