Kahne finishes 2nd at Talladega Last Week

With 26 drivers finishing on the lead lap last Sunday, Dodge’s Kasey Kahne tied his best ever finish at Talladega with a second place finish.  This moves Kahne up to ninth in The Chase standings..  Kurt Busch was involved in a pile up with two laps to go – dropping him to 30th place – and keeping him at 6th in The Chase standings.   The Chase moves to Texas Motor Speedway today – with three races left.

Attention Race Fans – Brad Keselowski Takes Over in Texas!

Brad Keselowski, who has already posted impressive numbers this year running a limited NASCAR Cup Series schedule, including a spectacular win at Talladega in April,  will take over as the driver of the #12 Penske Dodge Charger today in Texas.


He’ll continue to drive the #12 Penske Dodge Charger for the remainder of the NASCAR Cup Series schedule in preparation for his first full time season with the team next year.


Brad is already making headlines in NASCAR.  After a breakout 2008 season in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, in 2009 he is currently 3rd in the points standings…
