The NASCAR® season will soon be in full swing, and we’re going to be bringing more coverage of the Dodge Motorsports team to Red Letter Dodge this season.

With only one race out of the way – The Budweiser Shootout, which saw three Dodge drivers in the top-10 – now’s the perfect time to catch NASCAR fever if you haven’t already. Here’s how our Dodge Boys did in the Shootout:

• 5th – A.J. Allmendinger, #44 Valvoline Dodge Charger
• 6th – Kasey Kahne, #9 Budweiser Dodge Charger
• 9th – Kurt Busch, #2 Miller Lite Dodge Charger
• 16th – David Stremme, #12 Penske Racing Dodge Charger
• 21st – Elliott Sadler, #19 Stanley Dodge Charger
• 23rd – Reed Sorenson, #43 McDonald’s Dodge Charger

If you don’t have the fever yet, there have been some changes to the Dodge Motorsports lineup this year that are worth knowing about. Gillett Evernham Motorsports has merged with Richard Petty’s team to form the new Richard Petty Motorsports, so there are now two teams: Richard Petty Motorsports and Penske Racing.
