Ever wonder what goes into the designing and engineering of a full-size pickup truck like the all-new Dodge Ram 1500? Well here’s your chance to find out! During the event, there will be Dodge engineers who work directly on transmission, engine, transfer case, and axle, as well as a few designers on hand to field all of your hard hitting questions. This is a great opportunity to find out why the truck was designed the way it was and how Dodge was able to combine innovative features with modern technology to bring you this completely redesigned 2009 Ram 1500.

    I would like to know why there is no increased capability in the Ram 1500. Of course I could always go for a HD but I also like to drive around town and also like to do a weekend cruise every so often. But like many I to like to either haul(1400bls) or tow(5tons). With the Ram it’s just not all there compared with the F-150. So why should I buy a half ton truck with less capability??

    I am searching for the perfect 2009 Ram 1500 and notice that there are two versions of the Hemi, the VCT and the VVT. I see that the VCT is discontinued and the VVT gets up to 20 MPG as appose to the VCT’s 18. Some of the people I talk to however say that there is not a difference. Can you tell me what is right? How do these motors differ if at all?
