The original Dodge Charger Daytona back in 1969—the fabulous Winged Warrior, as it became known—is one of the great stories in American motorsports.  Dodge has issued a callback to those glory days with the 2013 Charger Daytona, a very special edition that debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show last November.

Dodge has unleashed three very special packages for the Avenger, Challenger and Charger. They’re called Blacktop, and along with their darked-out, stealth-fighter  look, they’re designed to supply extra content and excitement at a price you can’t refuse.

The Avenger Blacktop (above) starts with the SXT model and adds a unique Gloss Black grille, 18-inch Gloss Black aluminum wheels with matching center caps, dark-tinted headlamp bezels and a body-color rear spoiler.
