Keselowski Takes Control of the NASCAR Chase

 

Brad Keselowski is the only Dodge driver to qualify for the NASCAR Chase for the Championship, the final 10-race, 12-driver shootout that will decide the 2012 Sprint Cup title.  But in the first round of Chase in Chicago yesterday, Keselowski and his Dodge took control of the title fight, outrunning five-time champion Jimmie Johnson over the final laps to claim a decisive victory.

Dodge racer Allen Johnson scored a career first at the NHRA Sonoma Nationals this past weekend, winning two consecutive Pro Stock titles in as many weeks. For all his success in drag racing, Johnson had never won two major events in a row. Until now.
